who can test my sub?

Well, well, well, I see my account STILL works after all these years huh? Thanks for not deleting me

I am interested in someone who has some time to test a couple of sub woofers for me?

The subs do not have t/s specs. (yes I emailed and tried to contact the manufacturer but to no avail) The subs are el-cheapo 15" pyramid subs.

I'd like to know if they can handle there rms rating, (700). Also if you have bbp maybe you could model an enclosure they would like to be in. (no you DON'T have to design me an enclosure)

If your not local then I could send them to you via usps.

feel free to pm me if your interested....

Thanks guys! Btw, honda is in Germany now? Where is tallnlanky? Robert's all big time at car toys, but he's the only one who I know where he is... (i think:O)

Anyway thanks again

If its Pyramid, IT WON'T HANDLE 700 WRMS! I'd be scared of putting more than 200 WRMS into any Pyramid sub.

you are probably 200% correct, however I will never know unless I have it tested... I'd like to know exactly what the limits of the subs are and how they perform ported/sealed.

Anything can be loud if you have enough cone area, power or both. 8 subs on 200 watts each could be loud...

This is what I'm trying to determine...

A custom sub with a eD 'A' motor, 15" Venz basket, 4 Brahma spiders, XXX 3" dual 1.4 ohm coils, and a slot ported box that was laying around is fun when plugged into a wall socket. It was enough to shut off the fluorescent lights in the shed. I think they shut off below 90 or 95 volts!

Sorry, I though you meant older Pyramid stuff. My database runs out in 2005'.

I am in Germany now, been here for a few years....

Added 1 girl while here, 2nd on the way. Life is good!

Good luck with those drivers. Only thing I would guess is they have a Qts around .7 or higher and will sound like *** in anything but large sealed or IB boxes...
