Concerning warranty issues with all Adire products you and everyone else out there are perfectly safe and you can feel secure in knowing that. Adire Audio is going through some minor restructuring but will be taking care of things within a couple of weeks.

Subject: adire audio driver service
Do you and will you service adire drivers still under warranty? I noticed that your Reference HO subwoofers are essentially Tumult MK2's. I bought a tumult from adire in Nov of 06 and since then Adire is not responding to any emails about service, and has basically dropped off the face of the planet.
Their forum no longer works and they do not and will not answer phone calls.
Their service is terrible to nonexistent, but I didn't really know this when I bought my Tumult. So I wanted to know because I don't want to wait two years should I have to send my subwoofer in for service, as many customers are stating that they have waited. Now that you guys are the same company, many customers including myself need to know that we are protected and will not be left out in the rain should our drivers fail.
